Access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. Secure online sessions mean you can talk to someone privately without needing to travel or explain things to anyone else.
Substance Use and Behaviour Support
Support for issues related to drugs, alcohol, gambling, gaming, or other behaviours that may be affecting your life. You do not need to be sure you want to make changes to get support.
Trauma-Informed Interventions
Our approach recognises that difficult experiences can affect behaviour and wellbeing. We use evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), in a safe and supportive way.

Additional Support and Guidance
Meet privately with a trained professional in a secure, confidential online session. This is a space to talk openly about what is going on for you, whether that is substance use, gambling, gaming, or something else that is affecting your life.
SEYPAS can help you explore different types of support and resources that may be useful for you. This might include information, tools, or referrals, depending on what you need and what feels right for you.
